Friday – between 2.00 – 4.00pm

Be greeted by our lovely staff and check-in to your cabins and house. Be sure to say hello to the goats when you arrive and have a wander around the property. After settling in take a stroll to ridgemill estate’s beer-y nice neighbours. Try an ale ... or two and pick up a beer for your BBQ.

Meats from our local butcher, fresh produce from Sam’s and a ridgemill red.

The unwinding has begun!

Saturday – Breakfast at your own pace. Meet at the Cellardoor at 9am

Jump aboard the bus (singing highly recommended) and set off from ridgemill estate for a Granite Belt adventure!Northside- a demonstrated dog truffle find and a truffle tasting experience, a wander into the world of cheese, then onto the Apple Pie place that everyone talks about.

Lightlunch(must save room for tonight)

Stanthorpe CBD - Retail Therapy and Photo Stop

Set on the beautiful Quart Pot Creek this stop gives an opportunity to walk off the pies and browse the local gift shops. Have photos taken with Stanthorpe's Big Thermometer and collect some additional information from the Visitor Information Centre – a gorgeous location.

Meet the Bus- Southside stops

Heading south we make our way to the home of incredible jams, preserves and sauces and finish our Granite Belt adventure with a visit to Qld's oldest winery.

Return to ridgemill estate

Little 'R n R' time- rest and relax from the day's outing, put your feet up and relax on your deck. (The goats will probably need feeding again!) Soak in the sunset hour and prepare for the evening's extravaganza.

Dinner onsite in our 'Verandah Room' 6.30pm

We begin the evening with a special wine tasting experience, followed by a feast prepared by Chef Drew- a sumptuous degustation menu based upon preferences and the pickings of the day paired with our best ridgemill estate wines.

Meet at the Cellar door at 10.15 am

Complete your stay in a vineyard.

Martin will take you on an educational and experiential tour of the winery starting in the vineyard and through our production space where you can learn about all facets of winemaking.  

Time for some cellar door purchases and to say goodbye!
