Shipping

All orders are shipped by Australia Post or Fastway depending on your location. Please allow 2 - 5 business days (excluding public holidays) for shipping to cities (Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast) and more for regional destinations and other areas.

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times. These are estimates based on our delivery partners delivery times. These times do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

During the coronavirus pandemic, our delivery partners are working hard to deliver as safely and quickly as possible, but the impacts of the pandemic are causing delays for some customers. We thank you for your patience at this time. 

In the lead up to Christmas we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to ensure we have the best possible chance of reaching you and your loved ones on time for Christmas. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee deliveries placed after 7th December will be delivered by Christmas Day.

SHIPPING COSTS

We deliver Australia wide for the following costs per 6 bottles of wine:

Brisbane 200km from winery - $15.00

SEQ - $15.00

NSW, VIC, ACT, SA - $20.00

WA, TAS, NT - $25.00

Your shipping charge will vary depending on the quantity of wine in your order. This will be calculated prior to checkout. Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be delayed.
